Refund policy

Due to products being made to order, we don’t normally accept returns or size/color exchanges. Please pay special attention to the size guide. Please feel free to send an email to info@perfectgifts4you.com with any questions and concerns.  

Returns or refunds can be made for products that are misprinted, damaged, or defective within 30 days after the product has been received. You can send an email to requests@perfectgifts4you.com stating the problem and your preference of replacement or refund. Make sure to include several pictures highlighting the front, back and/or sides of the item along with the damaged section so the item can be clearly identified. Once damage is inspected and verified, you will receive an email with confirmation of replacement or refund.
